Had an excellent service and everyone was really nice and helpful I absolutely love everything about my new car didn’t think I was gonna come out with a brand new car that day especially a car I’ve always wanted but I really appreciate for Xavier and Cedric for helping me that day with the sales and for all the guys that were there that day I appreciate everyone for their amazing help I would totally recommend you guys to friends and family and to everyone . 10/10 experience and also fast application and sales I got to take my car home the same day ! I traded in a vehicle and bought a used Jeep from Rairdon’s Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Kirkland. I got the vehicle I wanted and they did all the paperwork but their inspection process missed several things, most of the people seem busy and rushed through things, and the post buying process of licensing and registration is confusing. Jimmy Haywood did take the time to listen to us though and help resolve some issues. Here are the main issues I encountered: Unresolved Recall: Before driving three hours to see the vehicle, I text-messaged them about an open recall listed online. They assured me it was taken care of. During signing, the paperwork still showed the open recall. My salesperson, Alma, told me not to worry and that they would handle it before I left. Despite asking a couple more times, they never fixed it. I had to schedule and deal with the recall myself at a different dealer after getting home. Screw in the Tire: Shortly after leaving the dealership, I noticed the front left tire was at 32 psi while the others were at 39 psi. When we stopped for dinner, I found a screw embedded in the tire. Good service and excellent to work with! Had the worst experience the day before at Hertz in burien and found this, I should've came here first! Me and my husband pulled in and we we already greeted with someone he actually came out and helped us the moment we got out of our car! shout out to Andy who helped us from the beginning to the end! He even drove to Renton to have my brother sign off from our trade it! Thank everyone that helped us as well I get to ring the bell after agreeing to buy, it made me feel special and everyone clapped which was great! we love our new ride!

Very good service and friendly sales people who will make sure you’ll be happy with whatever you decide to buy or trade in for a new or used vehicle. They will work with you no matter your finances and credit score to make sure you get a very good deal on a new car or truck. I was very impressed with the customer service of Chloe and Monte my 2 salespeople working with me to pick up my new Mustang GT. I couldn’t be more happier and more pleased on how well Chloe and Monte were towards me on their character and how well they handled themselves on working with me to close this deal of driving off the lot with my new car.
